President, Mr Michalis Bodouroglou, President and CEO of shipping group Allseas Marine S.A.

Michael Bodouroglou, the founder of Allseas Marine S.A., a Technical and Commercial Management Company, has been involved in the shipping industry in various capacities for more than 35 years. He has owned and operated drybulk and tanker vessels since 1993. Prior to 1993, he was employed as a technical superintendent, supervising both drybulk and tanker vessels for various shipping companies.

Michael Bodouroglou is the founder of Paragon Shipping. He serves as Paragon Shipping's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since the Company was founded in June 2006. He is also the founder of Βox-Ships and serves as Box-Ships' Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since the Company was founded in May 2010.

In 1977 Mr. Bodouroglou graduated with honours from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering and in 1978 he was awarded a Masters of Science in Naval Architecture. Mr. Bodouroglou is a member of the Cayman Islands Shipowners' Advisory Council and serves as Vice Chairman of the Hellas Committee of Germanischer Lloyd (GL). He is also a member of Lloyd's Register Hellenic Advisory Committee, a member of China Classification Society Mediterranean Committee (CCS) and a member of RINA Hellenic Advisory Committee (Registro Italiano Navale).

Mr. Bodouroglou is the Honorary Consul for the Slovak Republic in Piraeus and the President of the HELLENIC-AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS COUNCIL (HABC).

V. President, Mr Christos Folias, CEO of Folias & Associates / ex-Minister of Development

Christos Folias was born in Thessaloniki (1951) and studied economics (BA Economics) at the American University of Beirut (1975).


He was elected Member of the Greek Parliament for Nea Dimokratia in 2004 and was appointed Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance. In 2007, he was re-elected MP and was appointed Minister of Development, responsible for Energy, Industry, Trade, Consumers, Research and Technology. Previously, he was elected Member of the European Parliament with Nea Dimokratia (1999-2004).

Dr Antonis Markopoulos, born in 1976, holds a Ph.D. degree from the National Technical University of Athens, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering and graduated from the Department of Telecommunications and Informatics of the University of Athens. He has extensive experience in research and development programs both within the academic community and through his long career in the private sector, participating in the design of Integrated Information Systems, development of new Innovative services as well as Business Development and Strategy. Furthermore has worked extensively with European Research Frameworks, managing large projects in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). He has published more than 25 research papers in internationally recognized conferences, books and journals in the areas of Wireless Networks and Next Generation Internet Services.

Since October 2012, as Deputy Managing Director of INTRALOT Asia-Pacific Region, Mr. Markopoulos is leading operations and new developments in the areas of Gaming of the Oceania region, to address the challenge that arises for Lotteries and Gaming large scale operations. Prior to INTRALOT worked with VELTI, INTRASOFT International SA and National Securities (National Bank of Greece Group) SA. From February 2010 until August2012 he served as Special Secretary for Digital Planning in the Greek Ministry of Development having under his responsibility the European Structural Operation Program called "Digital Convergence", managing a budget of 1.5 Bn Euro. As Special Secretary was responsible of the Country's strategy reaching 3 pillars, e-Gov Services, Technological Infrastructure and Private Investments in ICT Sector.

Annie Michaelides was born in Thessaloniki and graduated from Anatolia.

She studied Economics in A.C.S. American College of Switzerland, as well as Graphic Design in the Vacalo school of Arts in Athens.

Today she is Member of the General Council of SEV-Association of Greek Industries, Founding member and Vice President of the Greek-Turkish Chamber of Northern Greece, Vice President of EENE-Hellenic Association of Entrepreneurs, President of the Propeller Club, Port of Thessaloniki, Member of the Board of Pinewood-International School of Thessaloniki.

In 2010 was named "Ambassador of Women Entrepreneurs" in Brussels. Founding member of the Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art, member of the Board June 1993-September 2009.

Member of the Board of the Federation of Industries of Northern Greece for 12 years, of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Thessaloniki for 4 and of the Association "Storgi" for children with neo-plasmatic illnesses for 2.

Mr Emmanuel Domazakis, CEO of Creta Farms

Emmanuel Domazakis, President of Creta Farms, was born in Rethymno Crete in 1960. He is alumnus of the Department of Mechanical Engineers of National Technological University of Athens. By the end of his studies, he worked with his father and his brother in family's pork breeding enterprise.

Shortly Emmanuel & his brother Konstantinos Domazakis understood that the preferences of consumer in Greece and abroad, regarding their diet, tend to foods certified, healthy, ascertained origin and way of production. This is the direction they turned their enterprising interest and they inspired in the Company with the philosophy that Creta Farms obligation was to offer products of extreme quality, produced under most excellent conditions and controls, in all their stages of production.
